It was such a beautiful afternoon in Berlin. Who of you likes a cup of coffee? Hand up!

Who of you likes coffee with spices in the afternoon in the park? Here you can find our favorite recipe for coffee which will warm you up :

0.5 liters of water 2-3 tablespoons of ground coffee (or 4 teaspoons of instant) 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon cardamom 1/2 tablespoons honey (optional) thin slice of ginger milk or whipped cream

To the pot with cold water, add coffee. Slowly warm it up (SLOWLY), without stirring. When the foam rise and begin to rise, remove the pot from the heat and stir well. Again, heat, add spices, keep brew for 5 min, ready:)
