Vegan Warsaw

Warsaw I was only passing through for my whole life. I was there only when I had to – to be honest – only to pick up visas in embassies and going back. I never saw the city and it was my first time, when i stopped by for (yes, i know! very short) the weekend. For the two days it was cold and raining what contributed siting in different restaurants, cafes and small local places. This inspired me to try new flavors, discover some new unknown till now tastes and inspired me to make this post for you.

Is it hard to be vegan in the capital of Poland? NOT AT ALL! :)

first stop – KROWARZYWA so delicious burgers I didn’t eat yet! Till I ate there. The whole menu is vegan, you can just come and with closed eyes pick whatever you want to (If you are vegetarian or vegan you know HOW HARD it is sometimes to go spontaneously to random restaurant with friends and find in whole menu sth for yourself). Ps. smoothies are also amazing!

Private event in showroom Miele by the cook Michał Gniłka – specialist of vegan cooking. He prepared chinese dumplings, sushi with millet and much more delicious food. If you hear the name – Michał Gniłka – GO with your eyes closed.

about AIOLI inspired by mini I heard a lot. I went there for breakfast. Unfortunately it is not the best place vegetarians, vegans. In every breakfast (instead of sweet one) position you will find eggs and meat. When I asked if I can order without bacon, waitress was unfriendly and reluctantly accepted the order. Uff..good that I didn’t ask for this eggs..
