Glaspalastbrunnen - Glass Palace Fountain

Once a night I found this place in a beautiful atmosphere...different as the several times before in the rush of this busy city. The Weissenburger Platz in Munich, the bavarian capital, one of the central places in Haidhausen, has this beautiful fountain called "Glaspalastbrunnen". Once part of the Botanical Garden it found its place at Weissenburger Platz after a second relocation.

Indulging in reminiscences, I went back home with the intention to use these photos in our blog. Another Glass Palace came to my mind. If you've never heard about or you didn't read the book of Amitav Gosh: A very popular and fantastic asian piece of literature by Amitav Gosh, "The Glass Palace".
